AI Workspace Organizer is a browser extension that organises links to your projects and chats on ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini and Perplexity into nested folders.
What the extension stores
- The folders you create (name, icon, colour, order).
- The items you add to your workspace: the link, the title, and which site it belongs to.
- Your favourites, the items you recently opened through the extension, and your settings.
- Images you upload as folder icons.
- Diagnostic status of the sidebar integration on each site (for example "mounted" or an error message).
All of this is stored on your computer in chrome.storage.local.
What the extension reads
On the five supported sites, the extension reads the links and titles that are visible in the site's sidebar, so that you can add them to folders. When you open the extension popup, it reads the address and title of the current tab so it can offer to file that page.
The extension does not read the content of your chats, cookies, passwords or tokens, and does not call any private API of these sites.
What is sent off your device
Nothing. The extension has no server, makes no network requests, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking. Your data is not sold, shared or transferred to anyone.
Your control
- Export your workspace as a JSON file at any time (Settings → Data & Backup).
- Delete everything the extension has stored (Settings → Data & Backup → Danger zone), or uninstall the extension, which removes its storage.
Permissions
storage: save your workspace on your computer.activeTab: read the address and title of the current tab when you open the popup, to offer filing that page.- Access to chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com, claude.ai, grok.com, gemini.google.com and perplexity.ai: show the Workspace panel and read the visible sidebar links on those sites.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.

- 可以刪除擴充功能儲存的所有資料（設定 → 資料與備份 → 危險區域）；移除擴充功能也會一併清除。
權限

本政策如有變更，新版本會公布在同一個網址並更新日期。
